Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the retention and growth of named Adfenix customers in the Nordics region. In addition to this, you will work with other members of the commercial team to increase our customers' adoption of Adfenix products. The role includes travels within the Nordics and occasionally to our London office to collaborate with Customer Success. If you are looking for a very meaningful, difficult and character-building challenge, you might just be the hero that we need!


Responsibilities - what you'll do

You will work with our customers' key stakeholders to:

  • Give them an exceptional experience of launching Adfenix’ products within their organisations
  • Help them onboard Adfenix products to contribute towards their business success
  • Craft and execute special projects to foster stronger partnerships demonstrating success
  • Revenue accountability. We expect you to grow existing customer revenues through new products while also actively mitigate churn.


Your primary mission is to nurture and grow existing customers accounts. This also includes active collaboration together with the rest of the team in customer success work towards the offices within real estate franchises in the region:

  • Grow their market shares and ensure that Adfenix is a critical element to their business success
  • Give new customers an exceptional onboarding experience by following and improving our already battle-tested and world-class process
  • Work with our Marketing Team to ensure that users (agents) within your offices are growing and that they are onboarded and trained to the level of professionalism that they expect and deserve



Requirements - what we want to see in you

  • Fluency in professional English and Swedish
  • You have 3+ years of demonstrable success in creating and executing plans to enterprise customers in the technology vertical
  • Experience in managing and growing a customer base
  • Experience with (SaaS) tech stacks including for example Salesforce, Gainsight etc
  • A strong desire to contribute towards building the Customer Success team in Adfenix
  • A methodical approach to dealing with issues in customers as part of retention work
  • Being calm and methodical, even under pressure
  • A strong team player, but with an ability to self-start and self-initiate
  • The right culture-fit (and culture-add) for Adfenix to strongly contribute in the preparations for the next phase in growing our business



Nice to have

  • Experience developing both internal and client-facing CS processes
  • Experience creating Sales Enablement materials
