Before the summer we started a new culture initiative in order to make Adfenix a great place to work & strengthening our culture. We set up a group of 15 people from different parts of the organisation.
Mission: To be a diverse group with the purpose to strengthening our culture, nurturing the behaviours we want to strengthen and lead/inspire other colleagues to come along. We have been discussing everything from internal communication & transparency, how to motivate others in challenging times, how to give feedback and much more.
Cool! So how does it work? 😃
It's a group with people from different parts of the organisation, having different perspectives. We meet up once a month to discuss different topics related to culture & internal communication & share our thoughts. This gives us a chance to get a lot of input across the organisation to know what we should focus on or need to change🥳
